These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bbkkk and form a binding agreement between you and the platform. Using bbkkk means you have read and accepted these terms in full.

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bbkkk platform at bbkkk.bet, including all associated sub-pages, services, and features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and bbkkk (the "Platform").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bbkkk platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside bbkkk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Platform.

Section 2

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use bbkkk, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. bbkkk reserves the right to request documentary verification of any eligibility condition at any time.

You must be aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep your account details current at all times.
You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of bbkkk or any of its group companies, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
You must not be self-excluded from bbkkk or otherwise barred from accessing the Platform under any responsible gaming measure in place at the time.

bbkkk strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Where bbkkk has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21, or has provided false age information, the account will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on bbkkk. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which serves as your unique identifier and primary recovery method. By completing registration you confirm all provided information is accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bbkkk will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or live chat.
You must notify bbkkk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bbkkk is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
bbkkk reserves the right to require KYC (Know Your Customer) document verification at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
Accounts found to be duplicates of an existing account will be closed without notice. Balances in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

bbkkk reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

bbkkk accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladesh banking channels. All transactions are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit. Deposits credited to your bbkkk wallet are available immediately for wagering.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed only to the verified mobile financial service or bank account registered on your bbkkk account.
Withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is typically under 15 minutes. Unverified accounts or accounts flagged for review may experience delays of up to 5 business days.
bbkkk does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees for verified accounts. Third-party fees charged by bKash, Nagad, or your bank are outside bbkkk's control.
bbkkk reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is large, the account history is unusual, or KYC requirements have not yet been fulfilled.

Funds deposited to bbkkk are held for gaming purposes only. bbkkk does not pay interest on account balances. Any balance remaining in a dormant account (no activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳50 per month after a 30-day written notice period.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

bbkkk offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general conditions listed below. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Bonuses are only available to players who have a fully registered and verified bbkkk account in good standing.
Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated on the promotion page.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specific game(s) and time period stated in the promotion. Unused free spins expire on the stated date without compensation.
bbkkk reserves the right to withhold, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its discretion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of system errors, or violation of these Terms.
Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

Players who request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements applicable to an active bonus will have the bonus and any associated bonus winnings forfeited. The original deposited amount (net of any losses) may be withdrawn subject to standard verification checks.

Section 6

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bbkkk are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, casino game, or crash game as displayed within the Platform at the time of placing the bet. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Cancellations may be applied by bbkkk at its discretion in the event of a technical error.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity failure during a game round, bbkkk will investigate and resolve the round in accordance with the relevant game provider's technical logs. Bets affected by confirmed technical errors may be voided and stakes returned.
Maximum winnings per bet, per game session, or per day may be subject to limits as specified on the relevant game or sport page within the Platform. bbkkk reserves the right to withhold payments exceeding applicable winning limits pending review.
Cricket betting markets are governed by the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). bbkkk follows industry-standard settlement rules for abandoned, postponed, or voided matches.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bbkkk. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities.

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game, match, or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or live casino games.
Using the Platform to launder money, process fraudulent payments, or conduct any other financial crime. bbkkk complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown technical error are void and will be reclaimed by bbkkk.
Opening or operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts with other persons, or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf without the express written consent of bbkkk.

bbkkk employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Accounts displaying patterns consistent with prohibited conduct will be flagged automatically and reviewed by our compliance team. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct waive all rights to funds held in their account.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Termination

bbkkk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where bbkkk determines, in its sole discretion, that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, is engaging in prohibited conduct, has provided false registration information, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or third parties.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting bbkkk customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (subject to outstanding wagering requirements being void) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms will have balances forfeited in full.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the bbkkk platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of bbkkk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bbkkk platform without the prior written permission of bbkkk.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbkkk, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

bbkkk's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Section 11

Privacy and Data Protection

bbkkk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on bbkkk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes your name, mobile number, transaction history, and gaming activity, which are used to operate your account, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable regulatory requirements. bbkkk uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. bbkkk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

bbkkk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bbkkk will provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting an updated version of these Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform before the revised Terms take effect and request account closure via bbkkk customer support.

Section 13

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and bbkkk, you are encouraged to contact bbkkk customer support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. bbkkk aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an agreed arbitration body, the costs of which shall be borne equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
